Questions

Do I need TAO to use these?

No for Green Compute, which is free to start or take normal payment. lium.io and Targon don't say on their site how you pay, so check before you sign up.

What doesn't Bittensor cover yet?

Check payment methods and support before moving long-running production work.

What is a Bittensor subnet?

Bittensor is a network of 128 subnets. Each one is a competition where miners do a job, like serving AI models or renting out GPUs, and validators score the work. Some subnets also sell what they produce as a normal product. This guide only recommends those.
